I have both the UHD and the BD version of BvS. For some reason, I find that the image of the UHD is considerably darker than the BD. In fact, there are times when it’s very difficult to see what’s going on. I have the same problem with the UHD of MoS. I know it’s not the brightness setting on the TV because (as I said before) the BD looks brighter. Also, the UHD of “Star Trek” is very bright and vibrant. Has anyone else had this problem or is it supposed to be like that?

Also, I have to disagree with you about the opening scene of the murder of Bruce Wayne’s parents. It was beautifully shot with a stirring musical score to accompany the visuals. And having the close upMartha’s pupil dialiating as she dies was a great example of the attention to detail that Zack Snyder brought to that scene, as well as the entire film.

Hi quick question. Did you get black bars with this movie in 4K (top and bottom), is it normal. I thought for some reason 4K UHD, on 4K TV, would use the entire screen.

Yes, there are black bars at the top and bottom of the film because the films aspect ratio is 2.39:1. More information about the various technical specs that are out there can be found on are FAQ page at http://redvdit.com/reviews/faqs/
